Anyway, I'd find it useful when giving squad members complex commands such as: smoke area, move up, take cover, smoke again, move up, take cover, throw grenade. Is there a queue menu type of thing in this game? I've played for 57 hours and have not seen one, so I'm thinking no. One of my problems is indeed that I am not all that great at this game, but there are so many times where the game bugs out and units do not follow my orders, no matter how carefully I give them.

There are even times where a mortar just didn't want to go down an allyway (that they could pass through with manual control). And then emplaced weapons get stuck on the terrain, forcing me to manually control them out of where they got stuck.
There has even been a time where a unit I purchased got stuck in the outer section of the map where they are spawned, leaving me unable to use him for the entire match.
I can keep trying, but what I have to do to fix it is run away and try accessing their inventory again to finally make it work.Īnd speaking of squads not following orders, sometimes when I command a unit to go somewhere they will stop randomly on the way, or leave one of their squadmates behind. One of my biggest problems is trying to trade items between squad members: I tell one to access another ones inventory, but they both turn and look at eachother and do nothing. But when doing those things, sometimes one (or more) of the commands I give are not followed. For example: my medic is down and I want another squadmate to take his medic kit, heal the medic, get both of them down, and have the squad member give the medic his kit back. However, when talk about the AI not accessing inventories, I don't mean them doing it automatically. I want him to keep his front armor at the enemy and back away, but he instead turns around and flees, making me manually control him- which gives me less time to make all the commands. I just wish I could focus on an important battle without having to check on the other squads constantly.įor example, my tank is being shot at. I know if I was better that wouldn't be a problem, but sometimes I am too involved in one specific fight to go off reviving others.
I understand that, but there are times where a dead soldier lays right infront of him and he does nothing. There are too many situations where it could lead to the medics death if he moves on this own will.
